At Rehomed, we prioritise exceptional customer service and ensure the swift and secure delivery of our products. We are dedicated to enhancing your shopping experience with us.

Personal delivery

All items are personally delivered by our team across Auckland and Waikato.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout.



For locations outside Auckland or Waikato, please contact us prior to purchasing and we can arrange a quote with a freight carrier.

Pickup

Pickups are welcome from our retail premises in Tuakau.
Once your order has been placed, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time.

Delivery timing

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are typically completed within 2–5 business days, depending on availability.

If an exact delivery time is required, we’re happy to work with you where possible — please reach out to us here.

Furniture removal, donation & trade-ins

In partnership with our charity partner, Salvation Army, we can remove an existing furniture item at the time of delivery when arranged in advance. Removed items are donated wherever possible, subject to suitability.

For select higher-value pieces, we may also consider a trade-in. If you have a piece you’d like us to review, please get in touch with photos and details prior to purchase.
